Spaggl

Project Concept

Spaagl helps solopreneurs, freelancers, and small agencies stop wasting time rebuilding prototypes from scratch with every new idea. AI tools create UIs or automations quickly, but product vision never matches design or code—nothing scales into real, revenue-ready SaaS that grows with your business.

Our platform is the first SaaS factory: describe your idea once, and it generates a complete, working product—beautiful interface, smart workflows—keeping everything aligned so you can launch fast and iterate without losing momentum. Freelancers build client devis tools (form to invoice in hours); agencies create affiliate systems or booking apps that actually work at scale.

Jean-Michel ALANDOU Team Lead RSVP Approved

CTO & Co-Founder at Devadory
Product & Architecture: Defined the contextual SaaS concept — a persistent graph-based system that unifies product intent, UX design, and code generation into a single operational memory. Architected the Neo4j graph schema, the Inngest orchestration pipeline, and the modular skill system. Frontend: Built the ReactFlow journey editor, all 66 draft UI components (GenerationPlanModal, SpecProposalPanel, ExpandedPagePanel, etc.), the design system configurator, and the real-time SSE streaming interface. Backend & AI Orchestration: Implemented 50+ Next.js API routes, the OpenCode daemon architecture, the 15-step Inngest generation pipeline, and the human-in-the-loop approval workflow. Engineered prompt systems with anti-hallucination rules (BUILT_IN.md) and deterministic template ordering. Sponsor tools & APIs used: Anthropic Claude API (via @ai-sdk/anthropic + Vercel AI SDK) — Core LLM for journey decomposition, wireframe generation, spec creation, and code generation OpenAI API + Google AI SDK — Multi-provider fallback for generation resilience Koyeb Sandbox SDK — Live deployment environments for generated SaaS projects Parse Server (Back4app) — BaaS for user data, journey metadata, and generated schema management with a custom MCP governance layer (arkef-schema-mcp) Neo4j — Graph database storing the entire contextual knowledge graph (journeys, wireframes, pages, sections, components, specs, design tokens) Inngest — Workflow orchestration engine for the 15-step checkpointed generation pipeline Mastra — Agent framework with MCP support for composable tool systems GitHub API — OAuth authentication + automated repo creation and code push Stripe — Billing integration Pexels API — Asset library for wireframe image sourcing
Jean-Michel Alandou is a Lead Developer and Co-founder at Devadory, a Paris-based startup specializing in scalable SaaS tools and QR code solutions to enhance customer engagement. Originally from Paris, France, he brings over 10 years of full-stack development experience from roles at Talentsoft (10 years as a development engineer), Universal Voucher (5.5 years as CTO), and FRAAM3 (Web3 Builder). Holding a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Université de Cergy-Pontoise (M2 Systèmes intelligents et communicants), he excels in building innovative applications blending AI, blockchain, and automation, including award-winning projects in generative AI hackathons.
Jean-Michel focuses on SaaS automation, generative AI (GraphRAG/Neo4j hackathons, AI agents), Web3/blockchain, content generation (AI video/animation), hackathons, and no-code/low-code entrepreneurship for solopreneurs (reusable building blocks). He explores knowledge graphs, agent orchestration, and GPU/ComfyUI optimization, aligning with projects like Spaagl.
Devadory: Co-founder and CTO since May 2023, developing QR code solutions and QRGuideBook with AI agents for rental check-in and concierge services. Universal Voucher: CTO from 2018-2023, SMS/Email/Blockchain restaurant voucher platform (2nd place Air France hackathon 2016 using AngularJS, Ionic, Parse, Node.js, Ethereum). Eliluce (Bolt.new hackathon - World's Largest Hackathon): React Native/Supabase/Algorand app animating creature drawings with generative AI (ElevenLabs audio, Suno music, Ru
