We’re building an AI copilot for company-building.

The idea is simple: instead of giving founders, intrapreneurs, and business teams a generic chatbot, we give them a system that helps them complete the right business tasks at the right stage.

The product is organized around 3 stages:

• Start: help turn ideas into structured ventures
• Scale: help startups grow, prepare fundraising, and improve execution
• Run: help more mature companies operate better across functions such as finance, legal, sales, HR, and strategy

For the MVP, we are focusing on a task-driven copilot. Users choose a stage, pick a task, and the copilot guides them step by step to produce a useful output, such as a pitch draft, investor update, board memo, hiring brief, contract summary, or KPI review.

Our goal is to move AI beyond chat and make it truly useful for venture building and business execution.

In the long term, this can evolve into a broader platform with specialized copilots, reusable workflows, company workspaces, and collaboration layers for founders, operators, and innovation teams.
