🏆 Judging Criteria for the One-Person Unicorn Hackathon
Here is the official evaluation grid the judges will use.
Each project will be scored from 1 to 5 on the following dimensions:
• Execution & Functionality– how well the prototype works
• AI & Agents Usage – depth of AI, agent logic, and autonomy
• Scalability (One-Person Model) – potential to operate and scale with minimal human ops
• Problem Clarity & Market Impact – how strong and valuable the problem is
• Demo & Product Narrative – clarity, story, and strength of the live demo
• Partner Tech Usage – quality of integration of our partners’ technologies
The goal is to reward meaningful progress, smart agentic design, and the ability to build something that could truly evolve into a one-person unicorn.
FYI: This selection criteria is for the main track. Partner tracks will have their own selection criteria based on the best usage of their tech. They will share theirs before the start of the Hackathon.
