Project Description
YuFix is an autonomous AI maintenance triage assistant for tenants, landlords and short-term rental hosts. Today, people face small but stressful issues – leaks, weird noises, burning-smell outlets – and don’t know if it’s safe, if they can fix it, or if they must call a professional.
YuFix turns a rough user description into actions. A single Gemma prompt first asks clarifying questions, then assesses risk and difficulty, decides between ✅ Safe DIY and ❌ Call a Pro, and finally generates either a step-by-step DIY guide or a structured brief for a technician.
The goal is a one-person “maintenance AI ops” company: most tickets are handled end-to-end by the agent, while humans only step in for high-risk cases. The prototype uses Gemma on Google AI Studio plus a Lovable front-end, with Qdrant, n8n and ElevenLabs planned as next-step integrations.
