AI Sport Agent

Our project is an autonomous sports agent platform that helps professional and semi-professional athletes find clubs, evaluate opportunities, negotiate contracts, and manage their season using AI. Today, outside dense markets like top-tier football, most athletes have almost no access to competent agents. In sports like volleyball or second-division leagues, there are often only a few agents, sometimes expensive, subjective, or inconsistent. Players struggle to find the right club, clubs struggle to scout talent, and negotiations are slow and fragmented. The platform addresses this by providing an AI agent that centralizes matching between players and clubs, contract negotiation, and season-long support.

The demo shows an athlete selecting a profile, receiving AI-generated club matches, triggering a multi-agent negotiation, and getting a final contract summary. This demonstrates real functionality: matchmaking, reasoning, and negotiation are fully automated.

Execution and functionality: we built an end-to-end flow using Lovable for the frontend, n8n for orchestration, and Mistral for matchmaking, reasoning, and negotiation. ElevenLabs is used for an optional wellness and follow-up agent. The system processes player and club profiles, generates compatibility scores, and simulates realistic contract negotiations.

AI and agents usage: the platform uses a matchmaking agent with Mistral, two negotiation agents representing each side, and a voice-based wellness agent powered by ElevenLabs. n8n orchestrates the logic, message passing, and reasoning loops.

Scalability and one-person model: one founder can scale this model across professional, semi-professional, and amateur sports, then into other domains such as music (artist and label), cinema (actor and production), or esports. Because the core is fully autonomous, the system replaces the need for a traditional agency team.

Problem clarity and market impact: athletes in smaller sports lack proper representation, which creates inefficiencies and unfairness. The platform democratizes access to agent-level services, making placement, negotiation, and support more accessible and transparent.

Demo and narrative: the demo follows the workflow of a real sports agent, from scouting to negotiation, showing how the entire process can be automated.

Partner tech usage: Lovable for UI and hosting, Mistral for all language-based agents and reasoning, ElevenLabs for voice interaction, and n8n for orchestration.
