Heritage (Team: A taco, a fry and a pupusa)

Summary: Our project, Heritage, is a platform that allows people to keep track of their family history by creating family trees and connections from all of the data they can provide (family stories, natural language input…).

Execution & Functionality: Full-stack app with integration to Mistral, nano banana, and eleven labs. The app allows you not only to create family trees but also to create the storybook of your entire lineage, bedtime stories of your ancestors, and family portraits with select members using nano bananas and to create fictional “what if” scenarios with several people.

AI & Agents Usage: Each family member is an AI agent that can interact with one another in fictional scenarios. The operations of the business (customer support, marketing, sales, CRM management) are automated via agents running on n8n connected to the necessary tools (social media, Apify, Brevo…)

Scalability (One-Person Model): B2C model allows for quick scaling via marketing and sales through content creation using AI generated content in the necessary formats (UGC, storytelling, etc). Customer support is automated through agents connected to the CRM. The platform is self-served, so interaction with humans is unnecessary or extremely limited after signup.

Problem Clarity & Market Impact: After 10+ interviews with participants, we found several people who actively wanted to build a family tree (shared on the drive). When another user commented on how there are people in his family actively keeping track of all family evolution, the interviewees explained that they would start doing it as well and that they initially had never asked themselves the question.
