Project Description
Hello dear Jury,
Our project is called Negocia, the AI that helps everyone upskill in negotiation.
It is a voice-first AI coach for real-life negotiations. Most people go into salary talks, contract discussions or deals stressed and unprepared, without access to a real coach. Negocia targets busy professionals, students and founders who want to quickly level up their negotiation skills.
The core loop is simple:
- Preparation: upload your context and conditions (email, contract, situation).
- Voice training: speak naturally to the Voice AI to rehearse and clarify your negotiation.
- Briefing + Score: Negocia analyzes everything and generates a clear negotiation briefing (goals, risks, arguments, concessions, red lines) plus a preparation score and short feedback, so the user knows how ready they are and what is missing.
You can then repeat this process for each new negotiation, track your scores over time, and steadily improve your negotiation skills with every real-life case.
