Loopfy Crew

Loopfy is an autonomous AI sales and operations system designed for small service businesses (cleaning, repair, beauty, local services) that lose customers because they can’t respond fast enough. Instead of static forms or slow back-and-forth messaging, Loopfy offers an end-to-end, agent-powered workflow that talks to customers, collects details, generates quotes, follows up, and automates all operational tasks completely without human input.

When a customer chats in the frontend, Loopfy’s multi-agent backend orchestrates three AI agents:
IntakeAgent (collects structured data through natural conversation),
QuoteAgent (computes price, retrieves similar past jobs with Qdrant “for futur”, and generates an instant quote), and
FollowupAgent (nudges, answers questions, and converts leads to bookings).

Every time an agent changes the lead’s state, n8n triggers operational workflows that automatically send emails, create calendar events, notify the business, and schedule follow-ups. ElevenLabs optionally generates a voice version of the quote for a more personal “AI rep” feel.

The demo flow: user opens the chat → answers a few questions → receives an AI-generated price → gets an email + voice quote → confirms booking → business receives notifications and an auto-created calendar event. The system behaves like a fully autonomous sales employee.

Loopfy demonstrates strong execution, realistic business value, and autonomous agentic behavior while showing how one person could realistically scale a service business with minimal manual work.
