I’m currently working on an autonomous voice-based AI agent capable of handling real phone calls end-to-end, without human intervention.
The goal is to build a system that can receive a call, transcribe speech in real time, understand the request, take actions, update a database or a Google Sheet, and answer naturally using a local LLM.

The agent is designed as a mini one-person company: it can manage bookings, customer support, or restaurant orders autonomously.
The architecture integrates a real-time streaming pipeline (ASR → Agent Logic → TTS), support for multi-agent orchestration, and compatibility with Twilio for real phone interactions. I’m also exploring how to optimise latency under one second while keeping the system fully local and scalable.

The project focuses on:

Real-time reasoning and speech interaction

Autonomous workflows triggered from conversations

Multi-agent coordination

Local LLM integration to avoid external APIs

Building a foundation that could power a full autonomous SaaS

It’s both a technical challenge (streaming, agents, low-latency orchestration) and a product exploration into what a one-person autonomous company could look like.

Our team is starting this project entirely from scratch. We did not reuse any prior codebase, design, or architecture. The idea itself was conceived last night around 11 PM, and everything we will deliver today by 19:00 is being built live, on-site, and within the hackathon timeframe.
No pre-existing components, repositories, or assets are being reused — the full prototype, from concept to execution, is 100% created during the event.
