Project: Automated Platform for Collaboration Between Businesses and Independent Sales Agents
Our solution enables companies to recruit, evaluate, and collaborate seamlessly with independent sales agents worldwide by automating administrative processes, performance assessments, and secure payments. Inspired by models like Deel (international contracting) and Mercor (data marketplace with AI-powered interviews), our goal is to eliminate the inefficiencies of manual paperwork and time-consuming interactions.

As a team of three, we rapidly explored new tools and delivered a fully functional interface. The application currently supports:

End-to-end workflow management, including collaboration requests, performance assessments, and secure escrow-based payments.
