Users then complete a dynamic oral interview with an AI avatar, followed by detailed feedback on clarity, structure, and technical depth. A community layer reduces the isolation of job searching, while companies can launch interview challenges to identify and engage top performers. Built for scalability with autonomous agents and clear fallback behaviors.
