Chaine led all technical development of the project.
sHe built the full workflow of autonomous recruitment agents, integrating:
n8n for multi-agent orchestration
AI workflow automations (job offer generation, sourcing, outreach, scheduling)
API connections for LLM inference (Mistral / OpenAI)
Candidate matching logic and internal data flows
Backend agent communication and the end-to-end execution pipeline
Chaine was responsible for making the AI agents talk to each other, run independently, and complete the entire hiring loop from job description → sourcing → outreach → interview scheduling.
Chaine San Buenaventura is an AI/ML Engineer and Co-founder at Hale, with over 10 years of experience. They previously co-founded Stealth and studied Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electrical at Trinity College Dublin, University of the Philippines, and University of Santo Tomas. Chaine is based in Paris, France.
