Matthieu Ostertag Team Lead

Student at Mines Nancy
French engineering student at Mines Nancy and incoming MBA candidate at IAE Nancy. I work at the intersection of strategy, AI and industrial transformation. I have experience across research, AI Strategy, and data-driven operations (Atos, Porsche Holding, Saint-Gobain, German Aerospace Center). Passionate about building intelligent systems, solving complex problems, and connecting people.
AI product building, agentic systems, strategy consulting, industrial transformation, corporate innovation, and high-impact cross-functional roles. Looking to connect with founders, consultants, tech builders, and leaders shaping the next generation of AI-driven organizations.
Developing AI-native tools for strategy and decision-making (knowledge graphs, autonomous agents). Industrial decarbonization project at Saint-Gobain. Improving pre-sales automation at Atos. Constantly exploring new AI frameworks and strategic modelling techniques.

Anton Demasles

PMO Intern at Atos
Anton Demasles is an early-career AI/ML practitioner and engineering student (Ingénieur Civil des Mines candidate at Mines Nancy) currently on a gap year interning in AI Strategy & Operations at Atos (Executive Office, France). He holds coursework/degree-level study in Applied Mathematics and a Master's-level background in Business and Market Economics (Faculté de Droit, Nancy). Prior technical experience includes an AI R&D internship at Groupe PANDO (applied NLP, speech tech, document intelligence) and a short industrial production internship. He authors small-to-medium open-source projects (notably les_zelles for French public tender analysis) and combines hands-on prototyping with operational/strategy work, positioning him as a student/early-career engineer able to build prototypes and support production rollouts.

Clément Maubon

Student at ISAE-SUPAERO
Clément Maubon is an early-career aerospace engineer and operations professional based in Toulouse. He currently works as an Operations & Performance Engineer at Tarmac Technologies (internship noted), and has held internships at Airbus (Zero AOG Customer Representative Intern) where he worked on predictive maintenance (Skywise) and training/marketing materials. While studying he served as Président de l'Association des Élèves at ISAE-SUPAERO and founded Supaero Star'Venture, demonstrating leadership and large-event/project management. He holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in aerospace engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO and completed preparatory classes at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève; his profile positions him as an early-career engineer with operations, customer-facing and project leadership experience.
