Simon Cohen is an engineer and entrepreneur with a strong track record in building tech-driven businesses. He co-founded two startups, including one sold in 2024 that served over 200 B2B clients across Europe. Passionate about healthtech and longevity, Simon combines product strategy, AI, and operational expertise to create impactful solutions.

Simon Cohen is an entrepreneur and strategic leader based in Paris focused on AI, digital health and longevity. He currently works on exploratory Longevity & AI projects at a stealth startup after transitioning in 2024 to preventive medicine and healthtech; prior roles include Co‑Founder & CEO of Pomelo (content strategy agency; exited 2024) and Co‑Founder & CEO of Derush.io (AI-powered video editing SaaS). Earlier experience includes data science at Insticator, presales/innovation at SAP, and product/innovation roles at Orange, Transatel and other startups. He holds a Master in IT & Computer Science from CentraleSupélec (entrepreneurship major) and completed exchange and short programs at Escola Politécnica da USP, The New School and the University of Michigan. Simon is a mid-to-senior level executive/founder with hands-on product, scaling and technical leadership experience.
