Jules FERERR Team Lead

Founder at Wealthy AI
Jules led the overall product vision, financial architecture, and user experience. He designed the full interface in Figma, produced the Lovable-generated landing page, and crafted the prompting logic for the multi-agent system. Jules defined the wealth models (tax logic, investment heuristics, cashflow rules), structured the demo narrative, and ensured correct use of sponsor tools such as Powens for account aggregation and Qdrant for knowledge grounding. He also refined the messaging and market positioning.
4years VC, now building in AI, Fintech, B2B SaaS.
Finance, crypto, insurance, tech, ai, blockchain.
RWA Tokenziation, AI/Data for financial industry, wealth AI, AI for private market compliance.

Théo Boutron

CTO at ContractSpec
Théo designed and implemented the backend architecture, built the core orchestrator agent, and developed the specialized sub-agents (tax, investment strategy, cashflow, risk). He integrated Qdrant for vector retrieval, connected automation workflows, and ensured scalability of the multi-agent pipeline. Théo architected the system that connects Powens data → vector DB → LLM reasoning → structured recommendations, and set up hosting and deployment of the backend services.
I’m Théo Boutron, a technical founder and systems builder. I build ContractSpec and ContractSpec Studio hands-on, from the compiler and runtime layers to the product surfaces that operators actually use. I’m also involved in building regenerative, human-centered ventures at the intersection of software, AI, coordination, and real-world operations.
I’m most interested in contract-first agent architecture, runtime safety, review-gated autonomy, evals, deterministic generation, and ways to keep multi-surface systems coherent as agents write more of the stack. I’m also interested in ambient AI systems, software for local production and crafts, community and coliving infrastructure, and products that bring better coordination to messy real-world workflows. I’d especially like to connect with proactive builders.
Currently building ContractSpec, an open spec system for AI-native software, and ContractSpec Studio: a governed operating layer built on top of it. Tinking around contract-first agent runtimes, deterministic multi-surface generation, review-gated automation, and production workflows that turn signals (ex GitHub, Slack, PostHog) into cited drafts, exports, and outcome checks. Also involved in ventures around personal self-improvement, community, and usage of tech outside the software industry

Sacha Morin

student at 42
Sacha implemented the main frontend components and handled all API integrations. He built the ElevenLabs voice onboarding agent, wired the Powens data flow into the UI, and integrated LLM endpoints (Mistral/Gemini). He was responsible for debugging the multi-agent routing, connecting the chat interface to backend logic, and ensuring the product demo ran smoothly end-to-end. Sacha also contributed to data formatting, visualization, and the agent prompt engineering.
Sacha Morin is a student at 42 Blockchain in Paris, France. They also studied at EF Language Abroad.
