Handbook
Sundai deliberately chooses to call the events “hacks” rather than hackathons. While traditional hackathons often focus on competition, prizes, and predetermined challenges, our hacks embrace a different philosophy. We believe in pure, collaborative creation where the joy of building and sharing is the ultimate reward.
Our hacks are community-driven events, organized by the hackers themselves, where the primary goal is to build something meaningful and launch it to the world by the end of the day. There are no prizes, no competitions—just a supportive environment where builders connect, inspire, and learn from each other. This approach has fostered a unique culture of genuine collaboration and continuous learning.

Project Ideas
- Build an AI agent that autonomously manages a decentralized data marketplace.
- Prototype multi-agent collaboration for real-time problem solving or decision making.
- Create a decentralized AI-powered assistant that learns from peer agents.
- Develop monitoring tools for agent networks to visualize interactions and health.
Best Practices for Building & Demoing
- Form teams early (deadline Sunday 11:00 AM) or hack solo—both are welcome.
- Focus on shipping a working prototype; demos are live code only—no slides.
- Share your progress openly; collaboration is key.
- Prepare your demo by 5:30 PM to ensure smooth presentation at 6:00 PM.
- Respect the community code of conduct: be kind, stay curious, and support your peers.
Let’s build the future of decentralized intelligence together—happy hacking!
