Project Concept

We are building a planning assistant that helps teams break a product feature idea into a realistic iteration plan.

The tool helps answer five key questions:

  • What is the smallest useful version?
  • What should come next?
  • How do we validate it?
  • What could block it?
  • What should we test with users?

We are focused on creating a simple, mobile-friendly experience that makes product planning faster, clearer, and more actionable.

This matters because many teams have strong ideas but struggle to reduce scope, ship quickly, and learn from real users. Our goal is to help teams move from idea to execution with more clarity and confidence.

We are looking for feedback on product design, usability, engineering, and demo storytelling.

I was responsible for shaping the product concept, defining the core user flow, and turning the idea into a clear planning assistant focused on feature iteration. I worked on the problem definition, scope reduction, output structure, and overall user experience, especially making the interaction simple, mobile-friendly, and effective for demos. On the technical side, I helped design the agent logic, structured prompting flow, and the core outputs: smallest useful version, next iteration, validation step, key risk, and user testing plan. I also contributed to testing, refinement, and making sure the product stayed focused on real execution value rather than generic AI output. Where relevant, I integrated and worked with tools such as **MuleRun** for deployment/orchestration. I was also responsible for incorporating feedback, reducing unnecessary complexity, and improving the product based on early usage and demo needs.
I'm a Conversational AI Consultant, bringing over a decade of experience in management science and data analytics. I specialize in leveraging machine learning and natural language processing to drive business decisions and enhance user experiences. I hold a degree in Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence from Université Paris Dauphine.
