AlphaFounder is an autonomous AI agent that handles the operational work early-stage founders know they should be doing but aren’t — weekly investor updates, financial statements, CRM management, and stakeholder follow-ups.

The problem: Every funded startup should send regular investor updates. Almost none do. Founders ghost their investors, let their CRM rot, and lose track of warm intros — not because they don’t care, but because they’re heads-down building. The result: eroded investor trust, missed follow-ups, and preventable fundraising friction.

How it works: Each founder gets a dedicated AI agent delivered via Discord DMs. Connect your financial data (CSV, Excel, or screenshot), do a 2-minute voice recap, and the agent generates a polished investor update with real burn rate, runway, and revenue trends woven into a narrative — plus auto-built CRM pipelines extracted from your calendar and meeting notes. Daily financial pulse, weekly stakeholder updates, and monthly investor reports run on autopilot. The founder stays in control — the agent drafts, the founder sends.

Tech stack: The agent runtime is OpenClaw (open-source agent framework) deployed as isolated per-founder instances on Fly.io (shared-cpu, wake-on-demand, auto-stop). LLM inference runs through MiniMax M2.7 via OpenRouter — 12.5x cheaper than GPT-5.4 on output tokens at comparable quality for generation tasks. Voice notes are transcribed with Deepgram Nova-3 (5.26% WER, $0.0043/min). Supabase (Postgres + Vault) handles the control plane, token storage, and founder profiles. Vercel Serverless manages OAuth flows, Stripe webhooks, and cron dispatch. Email delivery uses AgentMail for agent-generated updates and Resend for onboarding and transactional emails. Calendar and Gmail integration via gws CLI. Investor update generation uses a 7-call skill decomposition (section fillers + fact-checker) rather than a single monolithic prompt, with confidence thresholds gating auto-commit vs. founder review.

Unit economics: ~$2.85/founder/month at a $9.99 founding member price → ~71% gross margin. Architecture scales without code changes — OpenClaw’s per-instance model means adding a founder is provisioning a Fly machine, not refactoring infrastructure.

Traction: Currently onboarding first design partners from accelerator alumni networks (Techstars, Comcast SportsTech, Station F). Waitlist is live. Distribution strategy is B2B2C through accelerator programs as an embedded default tool for cohorts.

Raised $5M building FanFest, which enhances sports fan loyalty programs by making it easy to reward every fan for any action across any channel with AI.

Today, clubs and entertainment brands sit on massive global fanbases but have no way to recognize or monetize fan behavior beyond the stadium, leaving billions of fans invisible to the organizations they support. FanFest solves this with a white-labeled platform that uses AI to verify fan actions across existing and new channels, from app engagement and live attendance to real-world behaviors like gameday purchases and sponsor product consumption, awarding fans XP (Experience Points) that power leaderboards, tiered memberships, and personalized rewards. Beta results have driven strategic channel partnerships opening a pipeline of 70+ sports and entertainment brands, with signed customers including AS Monaco, OG Esports, and AC Milan, and a revenue model targeting $1M+ in shared fan subscription revenue per customer with 20%+ paid conversion rates.
