We are building an AI copilot for company-building that helps users go from Start to Scale to Run through guided business tasks and structured outputs. We are solving a practical problem: founders, intrapreneurs, and business teams often rely on fragmented tools, generic AI chats, and scattered documents to handle important work such as idea validation, fundraising preparation, investor communication, board materials, legal summaries, and hiring briefs. Our goal is to make this work more guided, more structured, and more useful.

The project is currently at hackathon / prototype stage. We are focused on building a simple MVP: one core copilot, organized around stages and tasks, that helps users complete a specific business task and produce a usable draft or deliverable. We do not claim commercial traction yet. Our progress so far is in concept validation, information architecture, and MVP definition. Feedback has already helped us simplify the product: instead of presenting a broad platform, we are focusing on a task-based copilot experience that is easier to understand and test.

Technically, we are designing the product as a web application built with React, TypeScript, and Node.js, using LLM APIs for reasoning, drafting, and guided task completion. The AI layer is based on structured prompts, task-specific context, and controlled outputs rather than open-ended autonomy. We may also use common libraries for schema validation, API integration, application state, and document generation.

We are taking a disciplined approach to risk. Rather than overclaiming autonomy, we are building a focused assistant for a small number of painful, repeatable workflows first. Our objective is to turn an experimental prototype into a serious product by proving that AI can reliably help users complete meaningful business tasks, not just answer questions.
