Jean-Michel led the overall product vision and architecture of Spaggl. He designed the node-based workflow engine, defined the core system architecture combining UI, workflows, and agent orchestration, and coordinated the team's development efforts throughout the hackathon. He also handled the product demo and pitch.
Jean-Michel Alandou is a Lead Developer and Co-founder at Devadory, a Paris-based startup specializing in scalable SaaS tools and QR code solutions to enhance customer engagement. Originally from Paris, France, he brings over 10 years of full-stack development experience from roles at Talentsoft (10 years as a development engineer), Universal Voucher (5.5 years as CTO), and FRAAM3 (Web3 Builder). Holding a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Université de Cergy-Pontoise (M2 Systèmes intelligents et communicants), he excels in building innovative applications blending AI, blockchain, and automation, including award-winning projects in generative AI hackathons.
Jean-Michel focuses on SaaS automation, generative AI (GraphRAG/Neo4j hackathons, AI agents), Web3/blockchain, content generation (AI video/animation), hackathons, and no-code/low-code entrepreneurship for solopreneurs (reusable building blocks).
