Omar&Alex

Omar & Alex is an AI-native studio that deploys autonomous agents for small business owners and entrepreneurs. During this sprint, we moved from a personal experiment to a first real client deployment: a Paris-based lawyer received a custom agent built on OpenClaw, with 37 tasks delivered across 7 identified pain points. The core model is a human-AI co-founder pair: Alexandre as CEO, and Omar as a permanent AI CTO running 24/7 on a private VPS. Stack: OpenClaw, Claude Code, OpenRouter, Next.js 16, PostgreSQL, HashiCorp Vault, Docker, Tailscale, n8n, Discourse.

Before the hackathon, Alexandre had been building a personal dashboard to supervise his own work, which became the foundation of OAdmin. He also contributed to a startup called RADAR, designing StartupOS to help co-founders collaborate on internal project validation. During the sprint, these projects became the backbone of a client-ready, documented, and deployable system.
