Project Concept

Radar is building the one place candidates need to go from “searching” to “hired.” Today, job seekers juggle dozens of tabs, rewrite CVs from scratch for every application, have no idea why they’re getting ghosted, and walk into interviews unprepared. Radar replaces that entire fragmented workflow with a single AI-powered platform that handles discovery, application, networking, practice, and learning from results — so every action you take is smarter than the last.

What we built
Find what fits you: Radar aggregates listings from 9 job platforms (currently) into one unified feed, then AI-scores every job against your profile with keyword matching, gap detection, and strategic advice. You stop scrolling through noise and start seeing only what matters.

Enhance your application: A conversational CV Intelligence Agent extracts your strongest quantified achievements through dialogue, then feeds them into a tailored CV and cover letter generator. Before generating, an ATS Gate shows you exactly which keywords you’re missing and your predicted callback rate so you never send a weak application again.

Network with hiring managers: After your CV package is ready, Radar finds the likely decision-makers for the role via LinkedIn X-Ray search and drafts personalised outreach messages. You go from “applied into a black hole” to “messaged the right person with the right pitch.”

Practice and get feedback : Select any application you’ve made, and the Interview Coach runs a multi-agent pipeline: it researches the company and role, conducts an adaptive mock interview with voice interaction, independently scores your performance across six dimensions, and generates a personalised coaching plan with talking points for the real interview.

Learn what works: This is where Radar stands alone. The Application Intelligence agent analyses your entire history which CV versions got callbacks, which platforms ghost you, which score ranges actually convert and generates strategy insights and outcome predictions. The more you use Radar, the sharper it gets. No other tool treats your application history as a feedback loop.

To become the definitive job search operating system — where every step from first search to signed offer is covered by intelligent agents working on your behalf. We’re starting with the French job market (9 platforms) and expanding from there.
