Team led by a CentraleSupélec/ENS-educated Head of AI and a 42 Paris-trained AI Engineer from Aleph Studios, skilled in PyTorch, LangChain, and multi-agent systems.

Our project builds an automation layer designed to support emerging AI-native roles such as AI Chief of Staff, AI Marketing Agency, and AI Executive Assistant. The system focuses on solving a real operational problem: founders, operators, and small teams spend significant time coordinating tasks, gathering information, and executing repetitive workflows across multiple tools. Our solution automates these processes by orchestrating AI agents and structured workflows that can collect inputs, analyze context, trigger actions, and generate deliverables in real time.

From a technical perspective, the architecture is designed around a modular workflow engine that separates data ingestion, decision logic, and execution layers. Incoming signals (tasks, leads, requests, or operational inputs) are processed through AI-assisted reasoning, which determines the appropriate workflow to trigger. These workflows can automate actions such as research, outreach preparation, task coordination, reporting, and marketing operations.

The system integrates LLM APIs for reasoning and task planning, backend services for orchestration, and automation frameworks for triggering external actions and API calls. This allows the platform to move beyond simple chat interactions and instead produce functional outputs such as structured reports, campaign assets, operational summaries, or task execution pipelines.

Technically, the project demonstrates complexity through multi-step workflow orchestration, API integrations, state management, and collaborative execution between AI components and human operators. By combining AI reasoning with programmable automation, the platform functions as a scalable operational layer for AI-driven companies and agencies.

The end result is a working system that transforms AI from a passive assistant into an active operational collaborator capable of executing real business workflows, enabling teams to operate faster, automate routine work, and build new AI-native service businesses.
