- Defined the project vision: applying **AI governance concepts to OpenClaw deployment and operation**.
- Designed the **button-first guided interface** to make AI governance accessible to beginners.
- Structured the user flows for:
- OpenClaw deployment guidance
- device approval workflows
- governance risk assessment
- operator checklists for safe AI infrastructure demos.
**AI Agent Development**
- Built the governance assistant using **MuleRun’s AI agent builder**, leveraging its natural-language workflow creation and structured interaction capabilities.
- Designed the **form-first interaction model** with structured prompts and guided workflows, followed by conversational AI refinement.
**Integration & Infrastructure Approach**
- Structured the assistant around real operational practices for **OpenClaw deployments**, including:
- gateway token handling
- device authorization procedures
- governance-aware operational checklists.
- Aligned the guidance with deployment scenarios such as **OpenClaw instances hosted on Koyeb**.
**Governance Framework**
- Implemented a lightweight **governance scoring model** (Low / Medium / High risk) based on:
- instance exposure (private vs public)
- number of users
- credential hygiene
- device approval discipline.
**User Experience**
- Designed the **guided workflow interface** to prioritize usability for beginners while still allowing conversational refinement for advanced users.
- Created structured templates for governance checks, operational runbooks, and demo-day checklists.
