Personal B: AI-Powered Career Coach Project Description

Personal B is an integrated, AI-driven web application that addresses the two most critical pain points for job seekers: failing to pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the lack of personalized, contextual interview coaching. Our target customers are junior developers, career changers, and experienced professionals who are frustrated by generic career tools and automated rejection screens.

Core Functionality and Demo Flow

1. Smart CV Builder (ATS Compliance): Users upload raw professional data (an old CV or simple text). Gemini AI analyzes, structures (experience, skills, projects), and optimizes the content for relevant keywords and structure. The system then automatically generates a professional, clean, and ATS-compliant CV using LaTeX templates as the final output.

2. AI Voice Coach (Contextual Practice): The structured data generated by the CV Builder is immediately fed as context to the AI Coach. Users can interact via voice (using ElevenLabs) or text to practice interviews. The coach’s responses are tailored directly to the details of their specific CV, offering natural, high-fidelity practice and advice on experience positioning and skill articulation.
