III. ✅ Project Submission Guide
Follow this step-by-step process to ensure your project is successfully submitted before the deadline.
1. Log in to the Hackathon Platform
- Ensure you are logged in to your account where the hackathon dashboard is displayed.
- Navigate directly to your team’s entry page:

2. Complete Required Fields
The platform will show a warning for any incomplete required fields. You must fill the following:
- Project Name – e.g., One-Person Unicorn AI Assistant
- Project Description – At least 25 words (ideally 75+ words).
- Products & Tools Used – Check all that apply and mention any others used.
- Team Contributions – Clearly indicate what each team member contributed.
Optional but Highly Recommended Fields:
- Project Video (YouTube Unlisted or Public link)
- Additional Links (GitHub repo, demo website, dashboards)
- Prior Work (if relevant)
- Social Media Posts (paste links you posted online)
3. Save Your Draft
- Once all required fields are filled, click Save Draft.
- This prevents any loss of data before final submission.
4. Submit Your Project
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Submit Entry.
- Confirm your submission if prompted.
- The status should change to “Complete” or “Submitted.”
5. Verify Submission
- Check your dashboard to confirm the project is correctly listed.
- Make sure your project name and description appear as intended.

If you still have time, use it for one final check:
- Verify Links: Double-check that your demo link and GitHub repo are working correctly.
